What the numbers mean
- Search appearances: how often a car's card was on screen (at least half of it) in search results, on your dealer page, on city and model pages and in “Similar cars”. Each car counts once per place per visit to a page. Featured carousel appearances are counted separately.
- Clicks are clicks from those places to the car's page. Click-through rate = clicks ÷ appearances (carousel included).
- Car-page views count every visit to a car's page, from anywhere (search, Google, a shared link…), so they are usually higher than clicks. Visitors are the different browsers behind them (only people who allow visit statistics in their cookie settings).
- Phone taps are taps on your phone number on your car pages and dealer page. Website clicks are “Visit dealer's website” clicks (all of them in the totals; the cars table shows the ones made on that car's page). Leads are contact-form messages (including test-drive requests) and chats started.
- Robots, and anyone signed in to a dealer or CARZyro staff account (your team included), are not counted. Counts are approximate. Days are U.S. Central time.

Get a report by email every week (on Mondays, for the week before) or every month (on the 1st, for the month before), with a link to download it as a CSV file. The link works for 7 days.
Team
Give employees their own login with limited access. They choose their own password from an emailed link, and everything they do is recorded under their name. You are responsible for what your team does on CARZyro.
Each person starts with their role's permissions. Use Permissions next to someone to tick or untick single ones for them. Billing, the team and the account stay yours.

Changes apply to everyone on that role who has no permissions of their own. Anyone who loses a permission is signed out, so it works at once.
Account
Dealership address
Shown on your car pages and your dealer page, with a “Get directions” link. A change shows straight away; CARZyro is told about it so we can keep listings accurate.
Dealer license and website
CARZyro checks your dealer license with the state before approving your dealership. It isn't shown to buyers. If you change it after approval, we check it again; your cars stay live meanwhile.

A file with your dealership details, cars, buyer messages and signed authorizations.
Close my account
Your cars are hidden from buyers straight away, your team is signed out, and any paid subscription is cancelled immediately (no refund for the current period). Everything (your account, cars, photos and buyer messages) is permanently deleted after 30 days; until then you can sign in and undo it. As explained in the Privacy Policy, we keep the signed listing authorization and our security log as permanent records.
Your Inventory
Import cars
Add or update many cars at once from a spreadsheet: an export from your DMS or website provider, or our template. Nothing is saved until you have checked every row and pressed Import.
How to fill it in
- One car per row. Year, Make, Model and Price are required; Mileage too for used cars, and the VIN for cars from 1981 on. Prices are whole dollars from $100 to $2,000,000.
- VIN (or Stock Number) lets us recognise a car again: a car you already have on CARZyro with the same VIN is updated instead of added twice. A file from Export CSV also has a CARZyro ID column, which finds each of your cars even without a VIN or stock number.
- Condition: New, Used or Certified. Title: Clean, Rebuilt or Other.
- Photo URLs: links to the photos (https://...), separated by | or spaces; up to 40 per car. We download and resize them.
- Other column names from DMS exports (Stock #, Internet Price, Odometer, Ext Color, ImageList...) are recognised too, and you can choose what each column is before anything is saved.
- Delete the example row. Up to 2,000 cars and 5 MB per file; save it as CSV (comma, semicolon or tab separated).
Connect the CSV export link from your DMS or website provider (or a Google Sheet published to the web as CSV). CARZyro reads it once a day: new cars are added, changed cars updated, and cars that are no longer in it are taken off CARZyro. Cars you add by hand or with a CSV upload are never changed or removed by the feed. If more than 30% of the feed's cars disappear at once, nothing is removed and we email you.
