About us
About CARZyro
CARZyro is a U.S. marketplace for used cars. We help people find the right car at the right price from local dealerships and private sellers, and we try to show only what we have actually checked.
Our story
[FOUNDING STORY: when and where CARZyro was started, by whom, and why.]
What we do
- For buyers, it's free: search, save cars and searches, get email alerts, compare cars side by side, and contact sellers directly.
- Prices in context: each car's asking price is compared with similar cars for sale on CARZyro, and every monthly payment estimate shows the terms it assumes. How deal ratings work
- Private sellers list their own car for a monthly fee by the car's price ($100, $200 or $300), with the first month free. Sell my car
- Dealerships list their inventory, with 3 months free from approval, then $199.99 a month, and get inquiries from buyers with confirmed email addresses. List your inventory
What we check, and what we don't
- Before we approve a dealership, it confirms its email address and a member of our team calls its phone number. Dealerships that also signed our listing agreement show the Verified dealer badge. Details
- Our team reviews every private listing, with its photos, before it goes live.
- Every message a seller gets through CARZyro comes from a confirmed email address.
- Dealer reviews come only from people who contacted that dealer through CARZyro, and dealers can't pay to remove them. Review guidelines
- We don't inspect cars, check dealer licenses or check who owns a car, and we don't take payment for cars. What to check before you buy
