Delete my data

If you sent a message to a dealer through CARZyro, you can ask us to delete it, and the other personal information we hold for your email address. We will email a 6-digit code to that address to make sure it is yours.

• We delete the messages you sent, your verification records and any buyer account for this address.
• Answers to “did you buy it?” emails are kept without your name or email, and we keep a “do not email me” note if you asked us to stop.
• Dealers may still have the emails they already received. Our security log is permanent, but it keeps only a fingerprint of your address after this.
