For sellers

How featuring works

Version 1.1, effective October 5, 2026

Featuring puts one of your cars in the Featured carousel at the top of the CarZyro homepage, for a flat price. Please read this whole page: it explains exactly what you get, what you pay, and what happens if your car sells.

Current prices
  • 1 week (7 days): $14
  • 1 month (30 days): $50
  • One-time payments, no automatic renewal. Leftover time from a sold car is kept for 30 days.

1. What featuring gets you

  • Your car appears in the Featured carousel at the very top of the CarZyro homepage, under the header, and at the top of your dealership's page if you are a dealer. The carousel moves continuously through all featured cars, in a new random order on every visit, so every featured car gets a fair chance to be seen first.
  • Your car also comes first in homepage search results that match it (for example a shopper searching for Toyotas under $10,000), together with any other featured cars that match.
  • Featured cars carry a "Featured" label, and the carousel says that sellers pay to feature these cars.
  • There is no limit on how many cars can be featured, so other sellers' cars will be in the carousel too.
  • CarZyro does not promise any number of views, messages or sales.

2. Prices

Featuring is a flat price per car: one week (7 days) or one month (30 days). The current prices are shown on this page and on the Feature page before you pay. You pay the price shown when you buy; if prices change later, that only affects new purchases.

3. One-time payment, no automatic renewal

Each purchase is a single payment on Stripe's secure payment page. Nothing renews by itself and your card is not kept on file for featuring. You get an email receipt for every payment.

4. When it starts and ends

  • Featuring starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, and lasts exactly 7 or 30 days from that moment (for example, paid on Tuesday at 3:40 pm for a week: featured until the next Tuesday at 3:40 pm).
  • Buying again while a car is featured adds the new time to the end, so nothing is lost.
  • We email you 2 days before your featuring ends, with a link to extend it. When it ends, the car simply leaves the carousel.

5. Which cars can be featured

A car can be featured while it is for sale and showing on CarZyro, has at least one photo, and is not a salvage car. For a dealership, only the account owner can buy featuring; the team can see what is featured and until when.

6. If your car sells, is removed or stops showing

  • If a featured car is marked sold, is removed, or stops showing on CarZyro for any reason (for example it loses its last photo, or the listing is suspended), its featuring stops straight away.
  • The time it had left is kept for you for 30 days. You can move it to any of your other cars that can be featured, or back to the same car if it shows again, from the Feature page. We email you when this happens.
  • If you don't move it within 30 days, the leftover time lapses.

7. Refunds

Because leftover time can be moved to another car, featuring is not refunded when a car sells or you change your mind. CarZyro may refund a payment, in full or in part, at its discretion, for example if a problem on our side stopped the carousel from showing.

8. CarZyro's rights

CarZyro may change the prices for future purchases, and may take a car out of the carousel if it reasonably believes the listing is misleading, inappropriate or against our Terms of Service. If we do, we email you the reason and whether any unused time was refunded. Featuring is also covered by our Terms of Service.

9. Agreeing and changes to this page

Before your first featuring you are asked to confirm you have read this page and agree to it. We keep a record of the version you agreed to, when, and from which device. If we change this page in a way that matters, we will ask you to agree again before your next purchase.
